Responsibilities:
Corporate M&A and Commercial, B&F lawyers with at least 2 years of experience working in law firms. The candidate should be motivated and detail-oriented, team player and would be expected to be involved in all stages of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, including due diligence, structuring, research, drafting and review of agreements and advisory work.
