Qualifications:
- Candidates with 3 years of PQE in handling procedures at various Courts of Law in and around Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Criminal, Civil and Commercial Litigation.
- Well versed with Drafting Skill is essential.
- They are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates must possess excellent time management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Associate will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks including researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations, and representing clients in legal proceedings.
As a Legal Associate, you will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic record in law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the law.
