Role:
Manager – Legal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
- 6-10 years of proven experience with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
- Working knowledge of Haryana state Real estate laws (must have).
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Experience in managing external legal counsels.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities.
- Partnerships and New Business Integration, Client Management and Liasioning.
- Structuring, Drafting and Negotiating in relation to Legal Documentation of Project Finance.
- Negotiating and Reviewing of Procurement Contracts and Vendor Agreements etc.
- Organization Liaising and interfacing between relevant external stakeholders.
- Negotiating and Reviewing International Contracts.
- Work closely with external law firms to support the litigation and other contractual matters.
