Qualifications:
- Anticipated Paralegal certification/license preferred
- Some experience preferred
- Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to perform legal research using the Internet and other research tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and enthusiasm to see projects through to completion
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the review and creation of letters, contracts, and other legal documents
- Provide administrative and organization support for corporate-related projects
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Perform related job duties as required
