- They are looking for candidates interested in legal recruitment and who have good communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- They encourage freshers and final year law students to apply. While a background in law is not a prerequisite, it is an added tool.
Responsibilities:
Recruiters are expected to do high level searches for open positions. You must gain understanding of client’s requirements (law firms and corporates) to assist with the search. Conducting search requires using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: online searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Leopard, job postings, internal database searches, law schools, referrals and third-party search firms.
