About:
Surjendu Sankar Das practices law as Advocate-on-Record (AOR) of the Supreme Court of India. His forte is commercial arbitration and he successfully handled several complex international, domestic arbitrations and challenge / enforcement proceedings relating to Construction, Oil & Gas, Power Project, Telecom and Shareholders’ disputes.
Surjendu also handles cases before the High Courts, Trial Courts and Tribunals across the country. He has significant experience in complex trials, appellate matters, writ matters.
Surjendu is former Dispute Resolution Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi Annie Mittal pursued LLM from Queen Mary University after completing graduation from ILS, Pune. She has extensively handled domestic and international arbitrations in Oil & Gas, Construction disputes. Annie specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court and High Court across India in matters relating to Civil, Commercial and Criminal laws.
