Senior /Principal Associate-Legal Audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law (LLB).
- Must have 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in the Indian legal regime
- Experience in labor and employment law and its audit
- Should be able to read and speak in Kannada
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Client interaction, conducting of audits, reporting & presenting to senior management on aspects such as Risks, Compliance, and Remediation
- Defending audit findings, explaining legal provisions, implications, prosecution and penalties, and exposure to senior management
- Providing specific and accurate legal advice
- Leading and mentoring the team of juniors
