East of Kailash, New Delhi.
Qualifications:
- Experience of minimum 3-6 months in IP Litigation
- Candidate must have an experience in IP litigation and Prosecution work and an understanding of trademark enforcement would be a plus.
- The candidate must be excellent in writing and legal research skills
- Candidate should have excellent research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in drafting, Preparing and arguments in IP matters before various Courts.
- Ability to appear independent before various courts.
- To assist in filing of Trademark, design and copyright applications, respond to office action and attend hearing at IP offices, handle contented proceedings like oppositions, rectifications etc.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, write up, etc.
