Qualifications:

- Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics to support business objectives
- Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including negotiation and settlement
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various legal matters
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, policies, and procedures
