About:
Ritu Rajkumari has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result-oriented approach since September 2017. She gained varied experience by working with organizations such as Union Public Service Commission, Indus Law Associates, PTC India Financial Services, Vikalp Law Society, which has professionally prepared her to consult on cases relating to Service Law, Labour Laws, Family Law, Consumer Protection Laws, Cyber Laws, Intellectual Property Rights as well drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents.
She has also been representing Doctors in Service Law cases in Delhi and advising on Higher Education Matters. She has assisted several Advocate-on-Records in various matters in Supreme Court. She has independently handled cases in Delhi High Court before various benches. She regularly appears before Central Administrative Tribunal.
She is also an RTI Activist.
B.A., LL.B (Hons.) Graduate from University School of Law & Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (Batch 2012-2017). She studied a rigorous 7 subjects per semester honours syllabus including one year of German. In the last semester her dissertation was on “E-Payments: An analysis of Law and Policy in India.”
She completed her schooling from Air Force Bal Bharati School, Lodi Road, New Delhi in the biotechnology stream.
