Responsibilities:
The incumbents may be engaged in either of these: (a) financial sector research, for which you need thorough knowledge of financial markets, institutions and regulations; (b) corporate sector advisory services – for which you need strong understand of listing regulations; (c) legal interns for doing research on topics like IBC, SARFAESI, and the like.
