About:

Qualifications:
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Commercial Litigation and/or Arbitration, Restructuring and Insolvency, Real Estate, Employment and Compensation, and other areas of law
• Experience appearing before the Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions
• Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law required
• 5 years or more PQE
Responsibilities:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and managing cases. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and mentoring junior associates.
