Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at DLS Law Offices located in Noida. The Senior Associate will work with the legal team on a variety of legal matters covering PE, M&A, Business Transfers, Joint Ventures, Corporate Structuring, Corporate Commercial Transactions, Securities Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, and more. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing client interactions, drafting and negotiating legal documents, researching and analyzing legal issues, assisting with due diligence, liaising with other teams within the firm, and ensuring timely delivery of work.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Experience in PE, M&A, Business Transfers, Joint Ventures, Corporate Structuring, Corporate Commercial Transactions, Securities Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, or related areas of law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal research tools.
- LLB or LLM degree from a reputed law school – additional CS qualification may get a preference.
