Role:
Nishith Desai Associates intend to welcome aboard Indian qualified lawyers for augmenting our anti-trust practice. They are expecting the lawyers to have worked on anti-trust matters for at least 7 to 8 years. The capabilities we are looking forward to are:
Should have led complex anti-trust matters;
- Should be well versed with the procedural aspects and filings before the CCI;
- Should have consistently made representations before the CCI;
- Capability to independently lead the anti-trust matters;
It goes without saying, possessing a good sense of humor is of paramount importance.
Needless to state, they place great importance on research and writing capabilities including publications.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should have excellent technical, research and communication skills. Also, the candidate should have strong writing capabilities including published articles/newsletters etc. He/she will be expected to work out of our any offices.
