Legal Advisor
Location:
India (Delhi/NCR preferred)
Qualifications:
LLM/Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the field of legal consultation preferably in management consultation.
- Experience in working with in the policy-making space.
- Candidates experienced in working with bilateral and multilateral organisations, especially the World Bank will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing laws impacting digital agriculture, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Mapping policy, and Data Sharing and Accessibility Policies.
- Provide specialised legal advice on the intersection of these laws with the proposed digital agricultural policy.
- Suggest legal frameworks or amendments necessary for the effective implementation of the digital agriculture policy.
- Assist in drafting policy clauses to ensure legal compliance and protect stakeholder interests.
