About:
Jindal Global Law School is one of the premier private law schools of the country. It has various Centres working in the specified areas. One of the Centres named as Centre for Justice Law & Society has come up with the Law and Marginalisation Clinic. The Law and Marginalisation Clinic is an advocacy-community outreach initiative by CJLS at Jindal Global Law School. The Clinic furthers our core aim and brings together activists, movements, scholars and community members to tackle issues of systemic harms and challenge power structures to develop intersectional anti-oppression discourses when it comes addressing marginalization along the axis of gender, caste, indigeneity disability, and sexuality in comprehensive ways through classroom teaching and field projects.

Qualification:
- A LL.M. Degree or other equivalent post graduate qualification
Experience:
- Advocacy experience of 5 years which shall include one year of experience in clinical pedagogy.
- Experience in writing reports and publishing journal articles
- Litigation experience will be valuable
