Qualification:
- Law graduate from a reputed college
- Good drafting skills and legal acumen
- Ability to identify and interpret applicable laws and rules
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Experience:
PQE 3+ years.
Responsibilities:
- Being involved and conducting Legal Due Diligence required for the purpose of acquisition and investment transactions
- Negotiating, drafting and vetting of term sheets, shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, and share purchase agreements
- Negotiating, drafting and vetting asset purchase agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements
- Provide opinion and advice in relation to provisions under the Companies Act 2013
- Lead teams with respect to a corporate transaction and should have the ability to interact and communicate with clients.
- Assist in developing integral legal systems and processes.
