Responsibilities:
- Part of Securities and Regulatory Practice- Advisory and Litigation
- Keen interest in Financial regulations
- Legal Drafting, research and client transactions
- Handling matters pertaining to Securities Law, appearing before SEBI/SAT, drafting of reply/affidavit, etc.
- Advising clients (Listed companies, Intermediaries and Market Infrastructure Institutions) on aspects of Corporate and securities law.
- Stock Exchange Arbitration
Experience:
PQE 7-10 years.
