Qualification:
- Legal Professional
- Good command over spoken and written English and a good understanding of the laws relating to Arbitration, Contract, IBC and other commercial laws
Experience:
PQE 3-5 years in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team and working on first drafts and research.
- Position may also entail travel outside Delhi to attend court matters and arbitration proceedings
