Qualification:
- Legal Professional
- Law Degree from a top Law School.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities.
Experience:
- PQE 8-12 years of proven experience in Legal
- PQE 4-5 years in a Top-Law firm and 4-5 years as Legal Function Lead in E-commerce/Starup
Responsibilities:
- Developing and corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matter.
- Devising contracts with different Business Partners and being responsible for the entire management life-cycle.
- Preserving the company’s IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names, (registration and renewals), etc.
- Responsible for legal documentation during the fundraiser and ensure smooth closure of the Legal due diligence process
- Leading and closing all the legal matters, diligence and documentation during Acquisition Deals.
- Coordinating with the management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
- Looking after information and privacy compliance across the national/international areas where the business exists.
- Accountable for overseeing all legal proceedings and litigations.
- Ensure 100% compliance in the matter of company secretarial as per the Companies Act and also other legal regulatory framework.
