Experience:
8 to 10 years in IT Industry preferably who had worked /supported for US region.
Responsibilities:
- Review, drafting and negotiate of below Agreements:
- Statement of Work
- Work Order
- Master Services Agreements
- Sub-Contractor Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Request for Proposal
- Procurement Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- Other Agreements
- Team Handling
- People Management
- Handling internal calls for any queries/clarifications with Stakeholders.
- Handling Client calls on a case-to-case basis.
- Contract Management skills – Contract interpretation and abstraction.
- Knowledge of data protection laws.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
