Qualification:
- LLM (Corporate law)/ LLB (experienced)/ Advocate)
- The candidate must be proficient in English language (both oral and written).
Experience:
The candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate with Post Qualification Experience of 1 – 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of the Applications under Section 7, 8 and 9 of IBC
- Briefed the arguing counsel
- Assisted the Senior Counsel in the arguments/submissions made before the NCLT and its Appellate Body.
- Drafted the Reply to the Applications filed.
- Drafted the Written Submissions
- Prepared Case Brief for the cases
- Research on case laws for the Reply to the Applicant
- Research on the legal developments/Legal Trends.
- Attended the Court Proceedings of the Hon’ble NCLT & NCLAT
- Vetting, due diligence and review of the drafted prepared.
- Appearances in other forums like Consumer Redressal Forum (both State & National), RERA
