Junior Associate – Legal
Location:
Remote
Qualification:
– Recent law graduate or 0-1 years of experience in a legal role. (LLB mandatory; LLM Optional)
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
– Availability to work from 7:30 pm – 3:30 am India Standard Time (the company’s local work hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement Support:
– Assist the project manager in being the clients’ primary point of contact.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout legal projects.
2. Needs Assessment Assistance:
– Collaborate with the project manager and clients to understand objectives, preferences, and concerns.
– Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and requirements.
3. Project Planning Support:
– Work with the project manager and clients to develop comprehensive project plans.
– Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables tailored to meet client needs.
4. Client Education Assistance:
– Provide guidance and support to clients, explaining legal processes and available options.
– Empower clients to make informed decisions under the project manager’s supervision.
5. Team Collaboration:
-Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and other team members.
– Coordinate project activities, share insights, and leverage collective expertise to achieve project objectives.
