- PQE: 3-5 years
- Real Estate Non-Litigation Lawyer specializing in transactional work
- A strong grasp of real estate laws, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will draft and review key real estate documents, conduct due diligence, advise clients on transactions, and assist with structuring deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be seconded to a client’s office, providing a unique experience to work closely with the client’s in-house team.
