Specializes in handling criminal trials, prosecution, white-collar offenses, medical negligence, consumer disputes, matrimonial disputes, and property disputes.
Role:
Junior Legal Associate
Qualifications:
- LLB graduate (3/ 5 years) from any BCI-recognized law college/ university
- Enrolled with Delhi Bar Council
- Can Articulate and be fluent in English, and Hindi
- Prior knowledge in using SCCOnline, Manupatra and other legal research software is a must.
Experience:
- PQE Required: 0-2 years
- Prior experience in handling matters before various state commissions, district courts & National Commission.
- Preference would be given to candidates demonstrating prior experience in dealing with Medical Negligence disputes, Anti-Money laundering disputes & Core Criminal Litigation.
