Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate and relevant practice areas
- Experience in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- LLB degree with 2-3 years PQE
- Bar admission in India
- Relevant skills and qualifications in media & entertainment, commercial contracts, and real estate are considered beneficial.
