Qualifications:
- PQE: 3 to 5 years
- Analysing land & revenue documents, organizing searches and drafting title reports.
- Sound knowledge of Laws relating land & revenue documents, tenure specific laws & schemes, testamentary, and related legislations.
- Drafting title investigation reports, deeds & documents such as Conveyance, Sale Deeds, Deeds of Release and Transfer, Leases and Leave & License and such other closing documents concerning the development of immovable properties.
- Language proficiency in Marathi is essential.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Keenness to learn and share knowledge.
- Previous law firm experience is desired.
