Qualifications:
- PQE: 12 years +
- Must possess experience in:
- Leading a team and supervising all aspects of multiple and large land parcels for acquisition, disposal, development & structuring development schemes; reviewing title investigation reports and related transaction documents for residential, commercial, infrastructure projects.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on key issues, negotiation and finalising transactions and support.
