About:
The Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration (MCIA) is a first of its kind international arbitration institution headquartered in Mumbai with secretarial offices in Bangalore and New Delhi. The MCIA is the result of a joint effort between the domestic and international arbitration and business community.
Duration:
January 2025, for a period of six months
Location:
MCIA Headquarters, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
The Internship will provide a practical experience of the role and functions performed by the MCIA as a premier arbitral institution in India. As an intern you will assist the MCIA Secretariat in the administration of cases under the MCIA Rules.
