Role:
Associate Legal Counsel
Location:
Pune or Bengaluru
Qualifications:
– LLB from a reputed law school.
– Minimum 5 years experience in handling contracts and commercial transactions preferably in IT/Engg Service company.
– Knowledge of CLM preferred.
– Strong team player with willingness and ability to work in international working environment.
– Good proficiency and fluency in English.
– Zeal in taking up projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Review, negotiate, closure, drafting of customer contracts, license agreements, third party agreements etc.
– Managing and maintain repository of contracts on CLM.
– As a global role, provide support and advise to various stakeholders.
– Support Manager on the various initiatives driven by the legal function.
– Other legal tasks as assigned.
