About:
Lawgical Media was founded by Pria Dave Thakkar, specializing in all kinds of IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) registration and prosecution, All contracts and agreements pertaining to media and entertainment industry such as Artist Agreement, Director Agreement, DOP, HMU, Art Director, Writer, technicians and all other case and crew involved in web-series/ TV series/ Cinematograph film.
Lawgical Media has assisted various production houses as legal advisor from pre-production to post productions in shows such as “Fuh se Fantasy-Season 3 (streaming on JioCinema)”, Vivo “X-Lens” (Reality show streaming on Disney+Hotstar), “Teri Meri Dooriyaan” (StarPlus), “Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein” (StarPlus), “Kavya, Ek Jazbaa Ek Junoon” (SonyTV) to name a few.
Lawgical Media has worked with several production houses such as Flying Dreams Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., B-Live Productions Pvt. Ltd., Sumukha Bodhi Tree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Cockcrow & Shaika Entertainment, DJs A Creative Unit, Beehive Productionns, Salt Media LLP and Show & Tell Productions, providing them with strategic advice on talent agreements, distribution agreements, channel partner agreements, and other legal matters relevant to the entertainment sector.

Qualifications:
- Law students with a keen interest in media and entertainment law
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends and legal issues in the entertainment and IP law landscape
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements
3. Contribute to the development of legal templates and guidelines
4. Collaborate on creating engaging and informative legal training materials
