Qualifications:
- Strong legal skills and 1-2 years experience in intellectual property law, particularly in trademark prosecution, oppositions, and pre-litigation enforcement work. The successful candidates will work with our clients across a wide range of industries.
- You must have a law degree and a strong understanding of trade mark and copyright laws, the relevant rules, ability to think creatively, strong attention to detail, manage multiple client matters, organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team is also a necessity.
