- LLB from recognized university.
- Eligible to practice law in India.
Experience:
2 Years
Responsibilities:
- IP PROSECUTION AND IP LITIGATION
- Drafting, verifying, finalizing assignments in relation to Trademarks, Copyrights, Industrial Design.
- (Drafting Notice of oppositions, Counter Statements, Evidence under Rule 45, Evidence under Rule 46, Evidence under Rule 47, Cease and Desist Notices, Reply to Cease and Desit Notices, Deed of Assignments, Rectification Notices)
- Attending IP related Lawsuit matters in collaboration with the team, before the concerned Tribunals and Courts.
- Representing clients at IP Statutory bodies and Courts, when required.
- Giving sound Legal Advice to clients, when required.
