Qualifications:
- Indian Law Graduate (full time) from a reputed institute
Key Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in drafting legal agreements.
- Manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Risk assessment in products, agreements, and advertising.
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a lawyer in a Pharmaceutical / Healthcare/Lifesciences/OTC/FMCG organization or a manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret contracts and advise on contractual responsibilities.
- Ensure legal compliance from business perspective.
- Advise on product labelling, marketing, and ethical promotion.
- Expertise in Drugs & Cosmetics, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and Consumer Protection laws.
- Support business in recovery matters, including civil and Negotiable Instruments Act cases.
- Ownership and accountability in tasks.
