Responsibilities:
The role involves work on employee compensation and benefits, structuring remuneration and retention policies, compliance with labour laws, senior management hiring and exits, workforce reorganisations, employee transfers during acquisitions, employment contracts, engagement models, separation documentation, employee handbooks, and conducting statutory and workplace trainings.
