The Employment Law Counsel Will Serve As A Leader In The Region, Handling All Employment Law-Related Matters In India.
- The Employment Law Counsel Will Assess Business Requirements And Provide Strategic, Practical, And Legal Business Advice To India Leadership Team, HR, And The Business On A Broad Range Of Employment Law Issues, Based On Regional Laws And Organizational Policies.
- The Successful Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Indian Employment Laws, Industry Best Practices, And Internal/External Business Issues.
- The Role Requires Expertise And Thought Leadership In Critical Areas Of Indian Employment Law, Including Hiring, Terminations, Performance Management, Employee Relations Investigations, Discrimination And Harassment, Retirement, Executive Separations, Leaves Of Absence, Worker Classification, Accommodations, Employee Mobility, And Policy And Training Development And Implementation.
