Regional Legal Manager

Qualification:
LL.B + 3-4 years of PQE
Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation matters under the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and Arbitration.
- Coordinating with external advocates and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases
- Drafting legal notices, replies and other litigation-related documents with precision
