Qualification:
• 3–7 years of PQE in General Corporate or Banking & Finance.
• Proven experience in the relevant practice area.
• LLB from a reputed institution.
Responsibilities:
• Be a part of Advisory team on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, debt financing, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and loan agreements.
• Collaborate on high-value transactions with top clients.
