Role:
Legal Associate
Location:
Gurugram
Qualification:
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 0-1 years of experience in a legal role, particularly in litigation,
- Foundational knowledge of summons, criminal, consumer, MACT and labour cases,
- Strong communication, drafting. research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Comfortable with travelling and appearing as Authorised Representative in Court and Police Stations
Responsibilities:
- Assist in litigation management from start to finish.
- Draft and prepare legal documents for various cases, including summons, criminal, consumer, and labour cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide support in legal proceedings.
- Represent as AR in court hearings and coordinate with external counsels as required.
- Manage and maintain case files, legal documentation, and client records.
