Role:
Junior Legal Associate – Criminal Practice
Qualification:
● LL.B. (5-year or 3-year course) from recognized university.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in criminal practice.
● Strong drafting and court presence.
● Must submit 2 reference letters from senior advocates or clients.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist in handling cases before the Pune District and Sessions Courts, Economic Offences Wing, and Cyber Cells. The role involves end-to-end coordination — from complaint drafting to trial strategy — in collaboration with senior partners and the cyber-forensics team.
● Draft and file criminal complaints, bail applications, and FIR responses.
● Appear before police authorities, magistrate courts, and tribunals.
● Coordinate with forensic and cyber investigation experts.
● Prepare case summaries, cross-examination notes, and trial bundles.
● Support compliance advisory on economic offences and data theft.
