Role:
Junior Legal Associate – Civil & Corporate Practice
Qualification:
● LL.B. + (LL.M. preferred) from recognized university.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in civil / corporate practice.
● Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
● Must submit 2 reference letters from previous employers or clients.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will support the firm’s corporate and commercial law team in advisory and litigation matters, including drafting, research, and client consultations. Exposure to startups and tech companies will be an added advantage.
● Draft agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate filings.
● Assist in civil suits, injunction matters, and corporate litigation before the NCLT and other forums.
● Conduct due diligence and corporate compliance audits.
● Research and prepare notes on Company Law, SEBI Regulations, and Corporate Governance.
● Support partners in transactional and litigation matters for technology clients.
