Role:
Senior Associate
Qualification:
- Advise on trade mark, copyright, design matters.
- Oversee IP prosecution, filing strategies, and opposition proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate IP licensing, franchise, assignment, co-branding, and technology transfer agreements.
- Manage IP enforcement, including takedowns, cease & desist notices, and coordination for civil/criminal actions.
- Advise production houses, creators, talent, agencies, OTT platforms, and brands on contractual and regulatory issues.
Responsibilities:
- 5–8 years of experience, with primary focus on IP and Media & Entertainment matters.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, IP statutes, and media & entertainment regulations.
- Expert-level drafting and negotiation skills across commercial and creative agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
