Padha Law Associates (PLA) was founded in 2021 by Meenu Padha. Meenu Padha is an advocate at the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, a Women and Child Right Activist, and an educator. PLA offers legal services in litigation and law courses designed by practicing advocates.

Qualification:
- Students currently pursuing an LL.B. degree
- Recent law graduates
- Candidates having a genuine inclination towards litigation, legal research, and drafting of pleadings
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and assisting in matters relating to divorce petitions and maintenance applications
2. Preparation and drafting of writ petitions under constitutional jurisdictions
3. Drafting of affidavits, bail applications, and other allied pleadings
4. Legal research and article writing on contemporary legal issues
