Qualification:
• Law graduates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in trademark/IPR prosecution
• Sound knowledge of the Trade Marks Act and Rules
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines
Responsibilities:
T̳r̳a̳d̳e̳m̳a̳r̳k̳ ̳P̳r̳o̳s̳e̳c̳u̳t̳i̳o̳n̳,̳ ̳i̳n̳c̳l̳u̳d̳i̳n̳g̳:
• Filing and prosecution of trademark applications
• Drafting and responding to examination reports
• Handling oppositions, counter-statements, and hearings
• Managing trademark portfolios, renewals, and assignments
• Conducting trademark searches and providing advisory
• Liaising with clients and the Trademark Registry
