Role:
IP Litigation Associate
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must;
- At least 3-4 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation;
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
- Be a team player!
- Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents;
- Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team;
- Excellent writing, editing, and managing client portfolios.
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.
