About:

Role:
- Assistant Professor (Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation)
- Research Associate (Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation)
Location:
NLUD Campus, Dwarka, New Delhi.
Qualification:
Assistant Professor (Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation):
- LL.M. with 55% marks (or equivalent) in Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation with a good academic record from a recognized university
- UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) OR Ph.D. in a relevant discipline as per UGC Regulations
- 02 years Teaching Experience in Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation
- Quality Publication in Commercial La w/ Insolvency Law specialisation
Research Associate (Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation):
- LL.M. or relevant Masters degree from a recognised Indian or foreign university with minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed), and a good academic record.
- Prior research experience including field work and data collection is desirable.
- Proficiency in Commercial Law/ Insolvency Law specialisation is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Assistant Professor:
- The Assistant Professor of Law (Commercial Laws/ Insolvency specialisation) role is critical to ensuring specialised course delivery and advanced research supervision within the programme.
Research Associate:
- The Research Associate will provide research and project support for academic and policy initiatives, contribute to publications, and facilitate coordination with external stakeholders.
- Author papers, books, or reports with respect to the above stated matters, around which multiple forms of discussion may be had.
- Partner or collaborate with other universities, academics, researchers, organisations, and any other partner in India and abroad, to develop projects and provide both empirical and qualitative findings within its broader framework of research on International Investment treaties.
- Organise events, workshops, lectures, talks, to generate discussion around access to justice.
- To manage the affairs of the two-year Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) – MA/LLM.
