Qualification:
Law students currently pursuing their studies in the 3rd to 5th year.
Responsibilities:
- The selected intern shall assist the organisation in maintaining and managing case records and files and shall provide legal and documentation support as may be required from time to time.
- The internship shall provide practical exposure to civil recovery suits, proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, arbitration matters, and matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), thereby offering insight into in-house legal functioning and litigation management.
