Role:
Litigation Associate
Qualification:
– 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
– LL.B. from a reputed law school will be preferred.
– Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
– Hands-on experience with court appearances and litigation procedures.
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
– Good communication and client-handling skills
Responsibilities:
– Drafting and reviewing pleadings such as plaints, written statements, rejoinders, applications, affidavits, and appeals.
– Representing clients and assisting seniors in proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and IP offices.
– Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and preparing briefs and notes for hearings.
– Coordinating with clients and internal teams for case strategy and updates.
– Managing filings, hearings, and compliance with procedural requirements.
