Deputy Manager / Manager Grade

Qualification:
- Graduate/Post-graduate (preferred)
- Relevant experience in Vigilance / Audit / Compliance / Risk & Banking Operations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of banking processes will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vigilance checks, reviews, and investigations as assigned
- Identify, analyze, and report irregularities or deviations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Support vigilance audits and follow-up actions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for case closure and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
