Qualification:
– LLB or Indian Patent Agent qualified (preferred)
– Good knowledge of Patent Practice and Procedure in India and USA
– Experience in patent drafting and prosecution in technology domain of Software, Computer implements inventions and AI related inventions
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Good listening skills and attention to detail
